We are seeking an innovative and motivated Marketing Coordinator to support our growing brand and service offerings. This role will be instrumental in managing external marketing partnerships, coordinating digital campaigns, leading social media, and driving strategic initiatives that generate awareness, leads, and measurable growth. This position is 100% onsite.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Marketing Agency Liaison
    • Manage the day-to-day relationship with external marketing agency partner(s).
    • Oversee paid social media campaigns to ensure appropriate messaging for the season/services.
    • Align paid social messaging to support specific growth goals in alignment with the Sales Team while maintaining strict, internal brand standards.
    • Analyze campaign performance using SEO tools, report key metrics, and provide actionable feedback/recommendations to optimize outcomes for future campaigns.
    • Recommend and drive additional online content (written, visual, video) to supplement current messaging including capturing action photography, video, or drone footage of services provided.
    • Coordinate design, updating and transport of all Trade Show materials for all company divisions.
    • Assist in securing Trade Show space/site coordination with each company division as necessary.
    • Review and refresh all advertising agency developed selling materials for all company divisions.
    • Ability to review all Agency provided materials for visual/copywriting consistency, appropriate grammatical usage and proper representation of each division’s brand space.
  • Organic Social Media Leadership
    • Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of organic social media content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Threads, and YouTube.  Regularly report results using SEO tools.
    • Develop engaging, brand-aligned messaging to highlight the Company’s mission and successes.
  • AI-Driven Marketing Innovation
    • Leverage AI tools and platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Grok) to enhance copywriting, campaign optimization, and creative execution.
    • Stay ahead of emerging AI marketing trends and recommend ways to integrate automation and predictive insights.
  • Marketing Campaign & Communication Management
    • Coordinate all marketing campaigns, including email, text, and direct outreach initiatives.
    • Support creative development of marketing materials, proposals, and customer communications, while partnering with management to ensure brand alignment before execution.
    • Track campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement and ROI growth.
    • Plan, Source and Manage all company inventory of branded trade show promotional giveaways.
    • Design, Source and Manage internal branded clothing program for company employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or marketing coordination.
  • Proven experience managing agency relationships while executing multi-channel campaigns.
  • Familiarity with PPC, SEO, organic and paid social media, AI-based marketing technologies, and CRMs.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with extraordinary attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Past experience in copywriting or campaign management a plus.
  • Creative, collaborative, and data-driven mindset.
